I started this investor group because I did not have anyone in my friend, family, co-worker peer group that invested outside of the regular 401k Wall Street world. Later we started to see the success and the need for the community expanded. I don't see myself as a guru but a facilitator of this great Co-op group of investors to crowdfund due-diligence and bring opportunities to the group. Now that I am a full time investor I have the ability to travel for due-dilligence, join masterminds, and interact with great passive investors like you.

Please know that I take great respect in running my syndication business as I am well aware that each deal I put out there is putting my brand reputation on the line. I intend to be here for a long time and hope that you will keep coming back and bring your friends.
