Partnership Offering

I am currently looking for MFH over 60 units. Chasing these elusive large MFH deals leaves me some cash in my pocket and during this searching I come across good smaller deals (8-50 units). I want to do projects and bring someone along at the same time.

We can play with the numbers but I would like to get you (the passive) 8-10% a year on the cashflow. That's not including in appreciation, tax benefits (the deductions would flow to you via the K1), and equity build-up from the mortgage paydown.

 

So in short, bring me the deal 8-units to 200-units and let me run it though my analyzer. I’ll let you know what I think. Don’t make a mistake that people made pre-2008! But right!
