Monday was very educational, it was also good getting to know some people before Monday, the networking beforehand is very beneficial!

I appreciate what you and your team did to bring us together and then plan and execute the multi-day agenda. I really enjoyed connecting with like minded people willing to share their experiences and look forward to further building the relationships.

lots of events to choose (or not) and the crowd. Visit the island as a group was great. I like when the group try help each other with different perspectives of a problem.

The hike was the highlight for me, combining nature and a workout and networking/conversation with people in the group all into one activity.

Just wanted to follow up on todays informative mastermind. First of all, thank you for encouraging me to do it! I absolutely enjoyed the group of like minded people, who are taking a weekend out of their busy lives to learn and grow their financial knowledge. It was so refreshing to be around, as most other people I try to talk to about this are so skeptical and just not interested. Today I learned I need to immediately get a new CPA that puts my interests first and understands where I'm going in the future with RE syndications, active RE investments, and tie it all up into an overall tax and financial plan. Also, sparked my interest in Infinite Banking, and Asset protection...

I wish I had the opportunity to share with the folks that haven't yet invested in a syndication. I just jumped right in to 3 syndications with you for several reasons. Just to name a few, Here in Hawaii I've been trying to find cashflowing properties for 30 years, I have found you need to put roughly 50% down just to break even if all goes well with timely rent payments. Also, I am afraid of headaches of being a landlord 3,000 plus miles away for mainland Single Family investments. Most importantly I feel secure in the fact that an apartment building has a diversified risk of tenants, (if 10 don't pay in a 100 unit apartment complex you're only down 10%. In one single family rental, its 100% vacant if your one tenant doesn't pay!) And the fact that my risk is limited to the amount I put in, and I'm not writing checks for a mortgage, tax, maintenance fees, etc. if my one tenant doesn't pay. Not to mention accelerated depreciation is the icing on the cake. Thanks again, I enjoyed the weekend with the Mastermind!

It was a great experience. I think the virtual format had some challenges but in a lot of ways it was great especially for introverts because it forced participation and meeting random new people. I don’t think an in person format does that as well. Also we had a great group that played nice, asked for participation from the whole breakout and there weren’t many “Mic hogs” so I think you did a good job vetting people. Thanks again for doing this. I have a ton of take away and action items along but more importantly I accomplished some great networking over the weekend.

I wanted to thank for the bubble event, it was an excellent event. I was so glad to meet so many people with diverse backgrounds and who are willing to share. I liked the whole mastermind concept where you ask and give. I think I made my worth of fees in first 20 mins 🙂 Thank you again. One feedback would be to have more formal breaks in between 🙂 Another worry was the possible tax increase to 39% on the highest tax bracket where we fall in 🙁 Although i have invested in >5 syndications as off now, would still continue to educate myself.

What about transportation?

Transportation to and from this event will not be provided. Please Uber/Lyft if drinking!

When should we arrive? And when should we leave.

Plan to arrive by 4pm, and expect the event to conclude at 8pm.

About how many folks do you expect to attend?

The total headcount will be limited to allow for more face to fact time with Lane and other high quality participants.

Our goal is to have 20-40 participants.

Should I bring my spouse/family?

We recommend bringing your spouse and family to the group… But they will need to be paying participants.

There is no better atmosphere to meeting other families in our eco-system. Involving your spouse in these decisions with the right peer group might help you with “reluctant spouse syndrome.”

The event is open to families (warning we will be bringing a toddler too), and attendees are encouraged to bring their well-behaved children! We will have designated (non-drinking) tickets for sale too.

What kind of a vibe will it be?

Dress will be casual. We are here to learn and build relationships with others in the Hui. What better way to meet other investors in their most authentic light?

How is Washington with COVID-19?

There are no more mandatory COVID-19 protocols in effect.

Note that Washington is a politically left state so some people do still wear masks… it’s paradise and go with the flow as far as we’re concerned. If you get upset about things that are outside your control and voice it unconsciously, please do not come 😁

Its not that we don’t value your opinions, we just don’t want negativity dampening others’ vacation and life-changing experience at our event.
